Licensed since 2015, Joshua has invested continuously in his craft, earning ten professional

designations and certifications through the National Association of REALTORS® — among

them Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB),

Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR®). That

President of the Humboldt Association of REALTORS®, leading the local association and
